You will be able to talk with him and, tell him what you would like him to bring on Christmas Morning (If you write out your wish list, give him a copy. (be sure to add your name and address so he can find you)
Country Creek Subdivision, built by McKelvey Home Builders, opened Plat one in 1973. As homes were constructed and sold, new plats were added. Today there are six plats with 441 single family homes.
Trying to conserve as much of the native trees and topography as possible, the subdivision was built on the rolling hills of open farm land. In fact, some of our residents recall cows coming up their the fence that separated their property from the farm's pasture land.
As couples became aware of Country Creek, more and more found it an ideal place to live and raise their families. Many of the residents are the original owners of their homes while others have lived here for a minimum of 30 years. Some grew up in Country Creek and returned to raise their families here.
Within the past five to six years, as homes have become available, there has been a surge of young families move into Country Creek. Located close to schools, churches, grocery stores, home centers, restaurants, services and other amenities, (not to speak of great neighbors) Country Creek is a wonderful place to settle down and raise a family. Others have found Country Creek an ideal place to establish their retirement home.
